2008 Elections for the Board of Directors

Region 5
IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, WI

The National Council is holding elections to fill one seat in Region 5.

There are two directors from each region serving on the National Council Board of Directors. Mary Anderson, community board member from Newaygo County Mental Health Center (White Cloud, MI), has served one term as a regional representative to the Board, and is eligible and planning to run for re-election for a second term. Elections are being held to fill this seat.

The other director from Region 5 and chair of the Regional Nominating Committee is Don Miskowiec, North Central Behavioral Health System (LaSalle, IL), dmiskowiec@ncbhs.org.

Per the National Council bylaws, the two directors from each region shall be affiliated with National Council voting members and should be, but are not required to be, located in different states within the respective region.
